“ 13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for [so] I am.
14 If I then, [your] Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. (John 13:13, KJV)
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35 By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. (John 13:34, KJV)
No matter what or who, never let your heart be lifted. “4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: (Philippians 2:4-5KJV)
Do the basest thing for people, “don’t be high minded” ( a word the Holy Spirit gave me many, many years ago).
Loving people inspite of, will prevent us from hating them especially when they do things we don’t like.
On His last day before His crucifixion, the Lord gave us these two words : LOVE and HUMILITY. If we walk with these, we will do well.
Let’s pray:
Father, Your word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Thank you that You always show us the path of life. Helps us to walk in love and be humble towards one another.
