The dictionary meaning for defile is to damage the purity of something. In Leviticus 18 , the Lord told his people to stay away from certain sins and in verse 24 told them not to defile themselves in any of the ways the inhabitants of the land they were going to, had โ€œdefiled themselves.โ€
In Mark 7 , the Lord Jesus again showed us what can defile us. โ€œ20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.โ€œ(Mark 7:20-23)

What is defiling you? What is taking away your purity? Do you want to stay in that condition or you want out? There is good news; and it is the blood of Jesus๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ™Œ. It cleanses us from all sins, not some but all ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ. โ€œAnd he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for [the sins of] the whole world. โ€œ1 John 2:2, KJV). The WORD also says that โ€œ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (1 John 1:8-10). It is time to do some confessions to receive some cleansing. ๐Ÿ˜„
